Put loops on the board so that three rules are all true. That's the whole game.
Tap a square once for an X, twice for a loop, and a third time to clear it. An X is your note to yourself: "no loop here". Most of solving is X-ing out squares until a loop has only one place left to go.
Drag across squares to X out several at once. With a mouse, right-click puts a loop straight down.
Usually one loop each. When it's two, a badge above the board says so.
A 1 beside a row means exactly one loop goes somewhere in that row. A 0 means none. The numbers sit on all four sides, so one is always close to where you're looking.
Not side by side, and not corner to corner either. This rule rules out the most squares.
A bold X is yours. Tap it again to change it.
An X in a circle is the game's. It shows a square a loop, or a full row, column or colour, has already ruled out, and it goes away by itself if that loop does. The tutorial switches these on; you can turn them off under the gear.
Every puzzle has exactly one answer, and you never need to guess.
Tap each set to try it on the board below, and keep the one where the colours are easiest to tell apart. You can change it later under the gear.
